How is this different from therapy or other self-help courses?

It's a practical, self-paced method for interrupting survival patterns in daily life — the gap between insight (what therapy often builds) and behavior change (what RESET teaches you to create). It's also not a mindset course. It works at the body level, not just the thought level.
How long does it take to complete?

The five modules total approximately 3–4 hours of content. Most people work through it over 2–3 weeks, giving themselves time to practice between modules. You can go faster or slower — it's self-paced and yours forever.
Do I need to have done any other work first?
